چکیده
وقف به عنوان یک سنت حسنه از قدیم در ایران مورد توجه بوده است. این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از روششناسی دادهبنیاد، به ارائه مدل حکمرانی سازمانی برای آستان قدس رضوی، بزرگترین سازمان موقوفه ایرانی و یکی از بزرگترین بنیادهای عامالمنفعه جهان اقدام کرده است. گردآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با مدیران ارشد این نهاد با حداقل 10 سال سابقه فعالیت مدیریتی به انجام رسیده و تحلیل دادههای به دست آمده بر اساس رویکرد ظاهرشونده گلیزری و با استفاده از مدل خانواده C6 بوده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر اشتراک اکثر اصول حکمرانی احصا شده با اصول جهانی حکمرانی از جمله شفافیت و پاسخگویی بوده که البته مفهوم اصل پاسخگویی در مدل به دست آمده متفاوت است. نظریۀ استفاده شده با نظریۀ عاملیت و مدل حکمرانی به دست آمده نیز با مدل آنگلوساکسون نزدیکی نسبی دارد؛ اما در مواردی هم تفاوتهای مهمی دیده میشود. مطابق مدل به دست آمده، حیات اجتماعی، انگیزش و باورهای درونی منعکس کننده علل وقوع مقولۀ محوری یعنی حکمرانی موقوفاتی بوده و توسعۀ پایدار و حفظ کرامت انسانی پیامدهای اصلی این مقوله است.
