This research studies the role of these communication skills with practical commitment to Islamic teachings and beliefs among staff of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan. A communication skill questionnaire was prepared based on the "Alam al-Hoda and Sharifi" model (1394) and the "Promise" model (1376) was used for the practical application of the Islamic Beliefs Questionnaire.
