In this context, he took advantages by Enlightenment and using available fields and could solve these problems by doing extensive cultural activities and manage cultural system of the Shia community. The aim of this article is to answer this question that what cultural problems exist in the era of imam reza According to the cultural policy- making  approach and what actions did Imam Reza (A.S.) to solve them? By searching, collection and processing the information with descriptive analytical method, findings show that cultural problems during immate of imam reza include like  “shiite leadership peril”, “Ideological deviations in translation movement”, “the emergence of various religions and sects”, “the Rscientific-religious ignorance in the society”, “Rumors and lies against Ahlul Bayt (A.S.)”,”falsification and forghing the hadiths”  “government deception" He responded to these problems by a series of political actions (that his cultural policy making have shaped ) such as “explicit declaration of Shiite leadership”, “training elite students”, “scientific - religious meetings”, “scientific debates”, missionary trips”, “restoration of the prophetic hadiths”, “explaining the true traditions and cursing counterfeiters”, “cursing and excommunicating Some sects”, “developing all aspects of the spread of science”, “spread Shia”, “neutralizing the deceitful plots of government”. <em>وجود مسائل فرهنگی در دوران امامت حضرت رضا^(ع)، لزوم بازنگری در فرهنگ اسلامی به ویژه فرهنگ تشیع را اقتضا می‌کرد. در این راستا ایشان با روشنگری و استفاده از زمینه‌های موجود توانسته</em><em>اند با انجام فعالیت‌های فرهنگی گسترده به حل این مسائل بپردازند و نظام فرهنگی جامعه شیعه را مدیریت کنند.</em><br /> <em>هدف این مقاله پاسخ به این پرسش است که با توجه به رویکرد سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی چه مسائل فرهنگی‌ای در عصر امام رضا^(ع) وجود داشته و ایشان چه اقداماتی را برای حل مسائل انجام دادند؟ با بررسی منابع، گردآوری و پردازش اطلاعات به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی، یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از این است که مسائل فرهنگی زمان امامت ایشان شامل موضوعاتی مانند در خطر بودن رهبری شیعی، انحرافات عقیدتی در نهضت ترجمه، ظهور و بروز ادیان و فرقه‌های گوناگون، شایعات و دروغ پراکنی علیه اهل‌بیت^(ع)، تحریف و جعل احادیث و فریب و نیرنگ حکومت است که ایشان با مجموعه اقدامات سیاستی مانند اعلام صریح و آشکار رهبری شیعه، تربیت شاگردان نخبه، تشکیل جلسات علمی دینی، مناظرات علمی، سفرهای تبلیغی، احیای سنت نبوی، تبیین احادیث صحیح و لعن جاعلان، لعن و تکفیر برخی از فرقه‌ها، توسعه همه جانبه علوم، گسترش مذهب تشیع، ، خنثی کردن توطئه‌های فریبکارانه حکومت، به مسائل مذکور پاسخ داده‌اند و سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی ایشان را شکل گرفته است.</em> http://www.farhangerazavi.ir/article_17593_c4e21b9d9df296ee17ddab3dbbc851f5.pdf
