This study shows that due to the importance of communication with relatives and the strength of the family, from the viewpoint of <strong>Raḍavi</strong> culture, a Muslim will is permissible for his infidel relative. The order of Imam <strong>Riḍā</strong> (as) to fulfill the will of a Muslim woman who had made a will for a group of poor Christians, results in the permission of a Muslim will for the People of the Book. The will of the People of the Book is permissible for their fellow believers and Muslims, and it is not permissible to change it. Allah's sacraments are important, so some jurists, based on a quote from Imam <strong>Riḍā</strong> (as), have concluded the permission of the will and donation of Muslims to the temples of the People of the Book. Although some jurists, according to the verse nafy-e <strong>sabīl</strong>, have not considered it permissible for a Muslim to make a will to an infidel, from the viewpoint of Imam <strong>Riḍā</strong> (as), the abovementioned verse is not justified on unauthorized guardianship of infidels, because <strong>sabīl</strong> in this verse is defined as proof and argument. The testimony of the People of the Book on the will of the Muslims is permitted. The permission of the will of the Muslims and the People of the Book to each other, which is specified in the <strong>Raḍavi</strong> culture, leads to the peaceful coexistence of the Muslims and the People of the Book. This research has been conducted using descriptive-analytical methodology. تحقیق حاضر در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که «از نگاه امام رضا (ع) وصیت اهل کتاب برای همدیگر و وصیت آن‌ها و مسلمانان برای یکدیگر چه حکمی دارد؟» از این تحقیق بر می‌آید که با توجه به اهمیت صله رحم و استحکام نهاد خانواده ، از نگاه فرهنگ رضوی وصیت مسلمان برای خویشاوند کافر خود جایز است. حکم امام رضا (ع) به لزوم اجرای وصیت زن مسلمانی که برای گروهی از فقرای نصاری وصیت کرده بود، جواز وصیت مسلمان برای اهل کتاب را نتیجه می دهد. وصیت اهل کتاب برای هم کیشان خود و مسلمانان جایز است و تغییر آن نیز جایز نیست. شعائر خداوند ، اهمیت دارند ، از همین رو برخی از فقهاء به استناد سخنی از امام رضا(ع) جواز وصیت و وقف مسلمان بر معابد اهل کتاب را نتیجه گرفته اند. گرچه برخی از فقهاء به استناد آیه نفی سبیل ، وصی شدن کافر برای مسلمان را جایز ندانسته اند ، از نگاه امام رضا(ع)، آیه مزبور بر عدم جواز وصی شدن کافر دلالت ندارد، زیرا «سبیل» در این آیه به معنای حجت و برهان است. شهادت اهل کتاب بر وصیت مسلمانان پذیرفته می شود. جواز وصیت مسلمانان و اهل کتاب برای یکدیگر که فرهنگ رضوی به آن تصریح دارد، به همزیستی مسالمت آمیز مسلمانان و اهل کتاب کمک می کند. این تحقیق با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است. http://www.farhangerazavi.ir/article_129231_e6c1bff6844f336143ff14c57ad5169a.pdf
