Abstract The socio-cultural situation during the Imamate of Imam Riḍā (as) as well as his special position in relation to the government has created special conditions that require deep reflection of social scientists to analyze this period. Reflecting on the social life of that Imam provides instructive lessons for the current knowledge of social sciences to get out of the present problem, one of which is lessons for policymakers and thinkers in the field of culture. This research, with a descriptive-analytical approach, sought to extract the implications of Raḍavi life in cultural policy. Some of the implications of cultural policy extracted from Raḍavi life in this study are: Being with people; the basis of Islamic cultural policy; Islamic life style; principles and basis of Islamic cultural policy; innate; the starting point of cultural policy-making; attention to the necessity of policy-making for cultural models in the system of formulating Islamic cultural policy; recognizing opportunities in cultural policy; attention to both the innate and natural dimensions of man in Islamic cultural policy; cultural justice in cultural policy-making; "identification" and "symbolism" in cultural policy and ....

Abstract   The infallible Imams have been selected religious leaders for the human society, who explained the message of the divine prophets and were guides for people. A large of part of their efforts has been devoted to the cultural development of their own era. After Imams passed the ups and downs of the aftermath of the death of Prophet Muhammad, and after Imam Reza accepted the role of the Crown Prince of Al-Ma’mun and Imam’s martyrdom until the absence of Imam Mahdi, the ninth, tenth, and eleventh imams played this important role. The present article purports to examine the cultural polices of these Imams in this period. This research has collected the necessary information based on documentary and library methods, and has analyzed it in accordance with the cyclic model of policymaking. According to this model, analyzing the cultural policies involves identifying the problem, designing and selecting the ploy, and finally evaluating that policy. The cultural issues of this era have been classified in three groups: the issues of caliphate, the issues of public culture, and the issues of Shiite culture. Then, the cultural policies of the Imams of this era have been analyzed. These policies have influenced the fundamental layers of culture (beliefs and values) as well as the behavioral layers.

Abstract There are cultural issues in the era of Imam Reza (A.S.) that create review  of Islamic culture especially Shia Muslim culture. In this context, he took advantages by Enlightenment and using available fields and could solve these problems by doing extensive cultural activities and manage cultural system of the Shia community. The aim of this article is to answer this question that what cultural problems exist in the era of imam reza According to the cultural policy- making  approach and what actions did Imam Reza (A.S.) to solve them? By searching, collection and processing the information with descriptive analytical method, findings show that cultural problems during immate of imam reza include like  “shiite leadership peril”, “Ideological deviations in translation movement”, “the emergence of various religions and sects”, “the Rscientific-religious ignorance in the society”, “Rumors and lies against Ahlul Bayt (A.S.)”,”falsification and forghing the hadiths”  “government deception" He responded to these problems by a series of political actions (that his cultural policy making have shaped ) such as “explicit declaration of Shiite leadership”, “training elite students”, “scientific - religious meetings”, “scientific debates”, missionary trips”, “restoration of the prophetic hadiths”, “explaining the true traditions and cursing counterfeiters”, “cursing and excommunicating Some sects”, “developing all aspects of the spread of science”, “spread Shia”, “neutralizing the deceitful plots of government”.

Abstract Human communication is one of the new sciences that its importance is increasing todays because of scientific progresses and changes in the human life style.
Attention to the principals and fundamentals of this science is essential for utilizing human social life and having correct relation with others. The goal of this research is connecting the principals of this new science with Razavi culture and his ethical approaches so to understand his pragmatic approach in all level of human communication deeply.
It is clear from all of Imams traditions and historical reports that Imam Reza has a vast effective communication with all of people of different class and culture in society.
In this study with a descriptive-analytic method, we are going to present a pattern for each Muslim to do their religious teachings and building cultural and communicative policies in Islamic society.

Abstract The element of love is one of the lost things to the modern man, a loss to human societies. With developing the industrial life and human’s increasing preoccupations, spiritual and innate aspects of life are being neglected. The Razavi culture, which is the same culture of Quran and Itrat (Ahllul-Bayt), can fill in the gaps.
This article deals with the question that ‘what the dimensions of love in Razavi culture is’. Obviously, our main emphasis is on Theoretical and Practical Wisdom (hikmah) acquired from Razavi teachings, so that we can portray a monotheistic and loving relationship between human being and God, then with other creatures. With an analytical-descriptive method and library referencing way of collecting information, the article has a problem-centred approach to the issue.
