Abstract “Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil,” as two important divine obligations emphasized by the prophets, Imams, and the righteous, held a special place for Imam al-Jawad (as). Although the era of this noble Imam in Shiite history—marked by the martyrdom of Imam al-Rida (as), the uprisings of the Alawites, the spread and geographical expansion of Shiism, the increasing power of Ma’mun, and the Abbasid caliphate’s new political maneuvers, which ultimately strengthened their rule—was a period of great difficulty, Imam al-Jawad (as) actively promoted the enjoining of good and the struggle against various political, social, and moral corruptions in accordance with the circumstances of his time and place. Now, the question is: What methods did Imam al-Jawad (as) employ in fulfilling these two obligations? To answer this question, all relevant hadiths and reports concerning “enjoining good and forbidding evil” in the conduct of Imam al-Jawad (as) have been collected and methodologically analyzed in a descriptive-analytical manner. The compiled narrations are then examined in the section on “Methods of Applying Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil in the Conduct of Imam al-Jawad (as).”  

Abstract In many verses, the Holy Qur'an speaks widely and comprehensively about communication with relatives and taking care of people whom God has ordered to take care of them, and it also condemns cutting off contact with close relatives and not taking care of them. The issue of communication with relatives can be examined from different points of view, and the fundamental issue in this context is what is the extent of communication with relatives from the point of view of the Qur'an and hadith based on the hadith narrated by Imam Riḍā (as) under the first verse of Surah Nisá? And what people does its territory include? This research with a library method in collecting, and a descriptive-analytical method in data analysis and with the aim of proving the development in the field of communication with family relatives and the Prophet’s progeny (pbuh), the extent of this communication in the hadith narrated by Imam Riḍā (as) has investigated in the interpretation of the first verse of Surah Nisá. And it has come to the conclusion that the contents of the Qur'anic verses related to the relationship with relatives specifically, and the necessity of this relationship in a special way, as well as the commentary traditions transmitted from the Ahl al-Bayt (as) with emphasis on the hadith narrated from Imam Riḍā (as) in according to the first verse of Surah Nisá, in addition to the relationship with family relatives, it also includes respecting the rights of Ahl al-Bayt (as), and this generalization in some cases is about interpretation and in some cases it is about matching the verses of the Qur'an with specific titles and topics.

Abstract Imam Reza (PBUH) has debated with various people including representatives of Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians, Sabaeans, Heresies, Materialists, Islamic sects, and others.one of these debates is his detailed discussion with theologians of religions about tawhid and prophecy. This article is a case study to identify the monotheistic ethos of Imam Reza (PBUH) against the rivals. the debate has been analyzed in terms of morally and debate skills especially with its comparative study of criteria, conditions and morality of arguments in logic, also the findings of the science of communication. And this result is achieved: Imam Reza has used twenty methods and skills and ethical practices together. in the hardest and longest debates, he has advanced arguments and discussions to overcome by using a variety of debatable skills and superior communication methods, without being trapped in the smallest false or immoral argument.
